Intent Narrative
My intent in designing this suit level floor is to utilize the natural light coming into the space from the unique windows. One way I intend to do this is by only having the wall opposite of the windows a main, bright color and having the others a neutral calm color. This allows the color to reflect off of the main colored wall onto the other without over powering the space. Using this idea from Le Corbusier’s work creates a bright and open space. Also using furniture that is not only appealing to the eye but also creates more space by utilizing dead space, such as under a bed.
